eStadium Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Rated10, LLC (“Rated10,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use eStadium: Live Match Chat (“eStadium,” the “App,” or the “Service”).
eStadium is a product of Rated10, LLC.
By using eStadium, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, information created through your use of eStadium, and information collected automatically from your device.
A. Account Information
When you create or use an account, we may collect:
- name or display name;
- username;
- email address;
- authentication provider information;
- account ID;
- profile photo or avatar;
- favorite team, country, or fan identity;
- account settings;
- account creation date;
- account status;
- login and authentication records.
B. Profile and Fan Activity
eStadium includes profile, badge, activity, and community features. We may collect:
- profile information you choose to add;
- badges earned;
- match activity;
- recent stadiums or rooms joined;
- message counts;
- attendance counts;
- fan-room participation;
- team-room selections;
- reaction activity;
- token balances or Virtual Item activity;
- moderation history related to your account.
C. Chat, User Content, and Community Data
When you participate in eStadium, we may collect and store:
- chat messages;
- reactions;
- matchroom activity;
- room joins and exits;
- reports submitted by or about you;
- blocked user information;
- moderation notes or enforcement actions;
- profile content;
- images, avatars, or media you upload;
- other content you post, send, or submit.
Messages in matchrooms may be visible to other users in that room. Reports may include copies of messages and related account information so we can review safety issues.
Do not post sensitive personal information in public or semi-public rooms.
D. Purchase, Token, and Transaction Information
If you buy tokens, subscriptions, or other digital items, we may collect:
- product purchased;
- token amount or Virtual Item type;
- transaction ID;
- purchase date and time;
- purchase status;
- refund, cancellation, chargeback, or revocation status;
- app store or payment provider receipt information;
- country, currency, tax, or pricing information needed to process the transaction;
- fraud-prevention and payment verification data.
We generally do not receive your full credit card number from Apple, Google, or other payment processors.
E. Device, Usage, and Technical Information
We may automatically collect:
- device type;
- operating system;
- app version;
- language;
- time zone;
- IP address;
- approximate location inferred from IP address;
- device identifiers or app instance identifiers;
- push notification token;
- crash logs;
- diagnostics;
- performance data;
- pages, screens, features, and rooms used;
- session activity;
- clicks, taps, scrolls, and interaction events;
- referral source or campaign information;
- security logs.
F. Communications With Us
If you contact support, send feedback, report a user, request deletion, or communicate with us, we may collect:
- your contact information;
- message content;
- attachments you provide;
- support history;
- information needed to verify and respond to your request.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate, protect, improve, and develop eStadium.
This includes using information to:
- create and manage accounts;
- provide match chatrooms and fan rooms;
- display messages, reactions, profiles, badges, and activity;
- process tokens, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and receipts;
- show matchrooms, recent stadiums, profiles, and participation history;
- provide customer support;
- send service messages, safety notices, and account notifications;
- deliver push notifications if you allow them;
- personalize parts of the experience;
- detect spam, abuse, fraud, harassment, and security threats;
- moderate content and enforce our Terms;
- investigate reports and user safety issues;
- prevent ban evasion and payment abuse;
- analyze app usage and improve features;
- debug crashes and performance issues;
- comply with law, platform rules, legal process, and regulatory obligations;
- protect our rights, users, and the public.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable, we process personal information under one or more legal bases, including:
- performance of a contract, such as providing eStadium and account features;
- legitimate interests, such as safety, moderation, fraud prevention, product improvement, and security;
- consent, such as optional notifications or permissions;
- legal obligations, such as tax, payment, consumer protection, and law enforcement requirements;
- protection of vital interests or public safety where necessary.
4. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your chat messages.
We may share information in the following situations:
A. With Other Users
Information you post in matchrooms, chatrooms, profiles, badges, recent stadiums, reactions, or other social features may be visible to other users depending on the feature.
For example, other users may see:
- your username;
- profile photo or avatar;
- messages;
- reactions;
- badges;
- fan activity;
- team-room participation;
- matchroom presence;
- recent stadiums or activity shown by the App.
B. With Service Providers
We may share information with vendors and service providers who help us operate eStadium, including:
- hosting and database providers;
- authentication providers;
- analytics providers;
- crash reporting providers;
- customer support tools;
- moderation and safety tools;
- payment processors;
- app stores;
- email and notification providers;
- security and fraud-prevention providers.
These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us, subject to appropriate contractual obligations.
C. With App Stores and Payment Providers
If you make purchases through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider, transaction information may be shared with that provider to process payments, verify receipts, handle refunds, prevent fraud, and comply with tax or legal obligations.
Apple, Google, and other payment providers process payment data under their own terms and privacy policies.
D. For Safety, Legal, and Enforcement Reasons
We may access, preserve, or disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:
- comply with law, legal process, or government requests;
- enforce our Terms;
- investigate fraud, abuse, harassment, threats, or illegal activity;
- protect the rights, property, or safety of Rated10, LLC, users, or others;
- detect or prevent security issues;
- respond to emergencies;
- protect against legal liability.
E. Business Transfers
If Rated10, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a policy that provides materially similar protection.
F. Aggregated or De-Identified Information
We may use and share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you for analytics, research, marketing, product improvement, and business purposes.
5. Public Content and User Responsibility
eStadium is a social app. Some information you share may be visible to other users.
You should not post:
- phone numbers;
- addresses;
- passwords;
- government IDs;
- financial information;
- private conversations;
- sensitive health, legal, political, religious, or personal details;
- anything you do not want other users to see.
We cannot control screenshots, copying, recording, or further sharing by other users.
6. Moderation and Safety Review
To keep eStadium safer, we may review messages, reports, account activity, profile content, token activity, and technical signals.
Moderation may involve automated systems, human review, or both.
We may retain moderation records, reports, removed content, and enforcement history to:
- investigate abuse;
- enforce our Terms;
- prevent repeat violations;
- respond to appeals;
- comply with legal obligations;
- protect users and the Service.
7. Tokens, Payments, and Fraud Prevention
We collect and process purchase-related information to:
- verify transactions;
- deliver tokens or Virtual Items;
- maintain token balances;
- prevent payment abuse;
- detect fraud;
- process refunds where required;
- respond to app store requests;
- comply with tax and accounting obligations.
All token sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or mandatory App Store / Google Play policy, as explained in our Terms of Use.
8. Push Notifications
If you allow push notifications, we may send notifications about:
- matchrooms;
- live match activity;
- chat activity;
- account activity;
- safety notices;
- product updates;
- badges or profile activity;
- transactional messages.
You can manage push notifications through your device settings.
9. Location Information
We do not need precise GPS location to provide the core eStadium experience unless we clearly ask for it and you allow it.
We may collect approximate location based on your IP address or app store/payment region for security, analytics, localization, fraud prevention, tax, and legal compliance.
If we introduce precise location features in the future, we will request permission and explain how the information is used.
10. Advertising and Tracking
At launch, eStadium does not need to sell your personal information to operate.
If we use advertising, tracking, retargeting, or third-party ad networks in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required notices, choices, or consent prompts.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16.
11. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide eStadium, operate accounts, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information:
- Account information is kept while your account is active.
- Chat messages may be kept to operate rooms, support moderation, preserve community history, and enforce rules.
- Deleted or removed content may be retained for a limited period in backups, logs, reports, or moderation systems.
- Purchase records may be retained as needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, app store compliance, and legal obligations.
- Support and legal communications may be retained as needed to respond to requests and protect our rights.
- Security logs may be retained to detect abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.
When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.
12. Account Deletion and Data Requests
You may request account deletion through the App or through official support channels.
When you request deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account unless we need to retain certain information for legitimate business, safety, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons.
Deleting your account may permanently remove access to:
- your profile;
- messages;
- badges;
- activity history;
- recent stadiums;
- tokens;
- Virtual Items;
- subscriptions or paid features;
- account settings.
Unused tokens are not refundable when an account is deleted, except where required by law or mandatory app store policy.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- access personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete personal information;
- receive a copy of personal information;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- appeal a privacy decision;
- opt out of certain data sharing or targeted advertising if applicable.
You may submit privacy requests through the App or through official support channels.
We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
14. California and U.S. State Privacy Notice
If you are a California resident or live in a U.S. state with applicable privacy rights, this section may apply.
We may collect the categories of personal information described above, including identifiers, account information, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate location, user-generated content, and inferences related to app usage or preferences.
We use this information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Service, payments, security, moderation, analytics, support, and legal compliance.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging it for money.
If we engage in activities that qualify as “selling,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, or profiling under applicable state privacy laws, we will provide required notices and choices.
15. International Users and Transfers
Rated10, LLC is based in the United States. If you use eStadium from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your country.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
16. Children’s Privacy
eStadium is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
If you believe a child under 13 has used eStadium or provided personal information, you may contact us through official support channels.
17. Security
We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures designed to protect information.
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee that information will always remain secure, private, or available.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
18. Third-Party Links and Services
eStadium may include links, integrations, or references to third-party services, app stores, payment providers, websites, or tools.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If changes are material, we may notify you through the App, by email, or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of eStadium after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
