eStadium Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of eStadium, a product of Rated10, LLC. By creating an account, signing in, continuing as a guest, joining a room, sending a message, buying or using tokens, or otherwise using eStadium, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use eStadium.

1. What eStadium Is

eStadium is an independent fan chat app for soccer match rooms. For supported matchups, eStadium may create temporary country-vs-country or team-vs-team chat rooms that open and close based on scheduled match times and room rules.

eStadium is not a sportsbook, betting product, fantasy sports operator, official sports data provider, ticketing provider, league, federation, club, team, tournament organizer, broadcaster, or governing body.

2. Independent App

eStadium is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially connected to any team, club, league, federation, player, tournament organizer, stadium, broadcaster, sports data provider, app store, or payment platform unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.

Team names, country names, match references, and kickoff times are used only to organize fan chat rooms and identify discussion topics. Users may not upload, request, or imply use of official logos, trademarks, emblems, mascots, trophies, protected tournament names, or other protected brand assets unless they have the rights to do so.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use eStadium. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use eStadium only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Accounts, Guests, and Devices

eStadium may support Apple sign-in, Google sign-in, and guest access. We use account identifiers and a locally generated device identifier to operate room access, prevent abuse, enforce room locks, and support moderation.

When you choose a side for a match room, your account and device may be locked to that side for that matchup. You may not evade room locks, device locks, rate limits, bans, mutes, payment controls, or moderation tools.

5. User Content

User Content means anything you submit or make available through eStadium, including chat messages, DMs, display names, usernames, profile information, emotes, reactions, reports, support requests, and other interactions.

You keep ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Rated10, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transmit, format, moderate, remove, analyze, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, protect, improve, and provide eStadium.

You are responsible for your User Content and must have the rights needed to submit it.

6. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users

eStadium has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not use eStadium to post, send, promote, or engage in:

  • harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, threats, or targeted abuse;
  • hate speech, slurs, dehumanizing content, or attacks based on protected characteristics;
  • encouragement of self-harm, violence, terrorism, extremism, or criminal activity;
  • sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, grooming, or non-consensual sexual content;
  • doxxing, sharing private personal information, or impersonation;
  • spam, scams, phishing, fraud, malware, deceptive links, or automated abuse;
  • infringement of copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights;
  • fake official announcements or misleading claims of team, league, tournament, or eStadium authority;
  • betting, gambling, match-fixing, wagering, or unlawful promotions; or
  • attempts to evade bans, mutes, reports, blocks, filters, room locks, rate limits, or security controls.

7. Filtering, Reporting, Blocking, and Enforcement

We may use automated filters, spam controls, rate limits, device checks, user reports, block signals, human review, and admin tools to detect and moderate objectionable content and abusive users.

Users can report objectionable content or abusive users through in-app reporting tools or official support channels. Users can block abusive users through in-app blocking tools. Blocking a user is designed to remove that user's content from the blocking user's feed where feasible, prevent DMs/friend interactions, and notify our moderation systems for review.

We aim to review objectionable-content reports within 24 hours. When we determine content or behavior violates these Terms, we may remove the content and eject, suspend, mute, ban, or otherwise restrict the offending user.

We may preserve reports, content snapshots, account records, device records, and enforcement history for safety, legal, fraud-prevention, moderation, dispute, and compliance purposes.

8. Room Availability

Rooms are temporary. They may open before kickoff and close after the applicable room window. Room availability may depend on scheduled match times, admin actions, provider data availability, system health, or safety decisions.

We may open, close, pause, hide, archive, restrict, rename, merge, or remove any room or message at any time for operational, safety, legal, moderation, product, or integrity reasons.

Do not rely on eStadium for betting, gambling, travel, emergency, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.

9. Friends and DMs

eStadium may support friend requests, friendships, and direct messages. You may not use DMs to harass, threaten, spam, scam, exploit, evade blocks, or violate these Terms. DMs are not end-to-end encrypted unless we state otherwise.

10. Tokens and Digital Goods

Tokens and digital goods are optional in-app digital items usable only within eStadium. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not cryptocurrency, are not financial instruments, do not earn interest, and cannot be sold, traded, transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for money except where eStadium expressly allows or law requires.

Token purchases and other digital purchases are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized platform. Purchases are also governed by the platform's terms and payment rules. Except where required by law or app store policy, token purchases are final once delivered.

Paid expression features remain subject to these Terms, filters, rate limits, moderation, room access, and token balance checks.

11. Notifications

eStadium may send notifications for room openings, reminders, DMs, friend requests, safety notices, product updates, or other app activity if you allow notifications. Notifications may be delayed, duplicated, unavailable, or not delivered.

12. Intellectual Property

The eStadium app, software, design, UI, systems, names, marks, logos, graphics, copy, code, and content created by Rated10, LLC are owned by Rated10, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use eStadium for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

13. Third-Party Services

eStadium may rely on third-party services such as Apple, Google, Firebase, app stores, cloud providers, analytics, crash reporting, payment validation, sports data providers, notification providers, moderation tools, and support tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using eStadium, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described there.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to eStadium if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, abused users or systems, committed fraud, infringed rights, or if required by law, platform rules, or safety concerns.

If your account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to messages, profile data, tokens, purchases, rooms, and other features.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify you through the app or other reasonable means. Continued use of eStadium after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
